Default Spoke To GM Hummer Marketing Today

Ok..here's another whine report. Spoke to GM and they checked on the Amber Roof Marker Lamp Option #UNH. There saying 4 weeks more till available. So don't expect to be able to get them on your new 2007 H3 anytime soon. Not that there's anyone here who has them. I like them ..and refuse to give up untill I get them..!!!

My Dealer BS -ed me and told me they were back in production. NOT.!!
In fact my H3 was kicked out of the GM puter and killed over a month ago.I found this out last Thursday.

After a shouting match with the dealer.....My order deposit is in route back to me originally give to him on 8/1/06.

After speaking with GM marketing he did indicate but would not say for sure that there are some interior changes coming for 2007.

I think the plant closes for XMAS for 3 weeks...( maybe one of the Hummer Builders can varify that) in December.

So...I'm back to square 1 for ordering my H3...... Heh... January's a nice month to order an H3 ....

Maybe my buddy with the CJ put a curse on me...

You've GOT to be joking?!?!?! All this time and they (dealer) just sort of strung you along?? Well, at least by now you'll know all of the ins and outs of the H3 .. even before you've owned one! () Take your money elsewheres and have them do it right for you! Good luck to you!

Talk to Justin Tompson (jthompson@sewellhummer.com) at Sewell Hummer in Dallas, Texas. He got me an awesome H3 shipped all the way overseas at a good price. They might already have something on the lot with your name on it

Mine haven't sung yet, but two weekends ago as we were approaching the Rockies by East Glacier Park we hit head wind gusts probably between 60 -70 mph while I was doing 65 mph at night on a state road - they made a whapping sound until I slowed down to about 50

Last week they confirmed gusts to 74 mph.

He just got busy and didn't follow up or keep track when the General Bounced my order. Then tried to lie about it. Like I said... Some day you eat the Lion...And Some days the Lion eats you.

Can't whine about it...I'm not the only one this has happen too I'm sure. Must be a ton of dealer nightmare stories on this forum. God knows I see enough horror stories about service after you get your H3.

But GM has been really supportive and very helpful on the phone. They went out of there way to try and help even offering to pay to have the Lamps installed after the fact.

It's not GM's fault that this got screwed up. It's the dealer... GM has a problem there trying to work out to make sure there product quality remains high. I can't fault them for that.

I'm a GM guy and I'm holding out for those marker lamps ...cause I want them..!!
