FED UP!!!!Should I sue her or not?

Well today a good citizen decided to tell off a lady and her 2 kids that were leaving me messages on my windows by writing on the dirt.

He told her shewas a great example to her kids...she said no it doesnt affect my kids (funny her kids were writing on my doors). Then he told her she should watch out cause theres cameras recording...her reply "doesnt matter its a hummer i dont care".

The message she left on my car.... "GO HYBRID"

Well I have decided to confront this woman tomorrow since im sure its always her...she picks up her kids from school which is 2 minute walking distance from were i live.

I already have done a report for vandalism on my car at the police station...now i would like to know if it would be a good idea to bring her to court so she can learn a lesson....

I was looking at asking her to pay for 2 car washes a day that it costs me per week 20$ for the past 4 months...640$ of car wash and I would probably add also for having to install a security system worth 2000$
