All set now. I pestered them to do a full alignment and the caster & camber were off quite a bit. Bastids charged me $110 for it though.

They "updated the transmission program" which seems to have solved the 100rpm drop issue.

VTSTOMPER - sure enough, it was the wiring boots in the door jamb causing the leak. They RTV'ed them.

New DRLs, new mirrors (05's ), and new front diff seals. I should be OK for a while now.

Now you're all set to bang it out of alignment in the Rock Swamp.

Yeah, I know! It was off fairly significantly too. If the center gap is the acceptable zone, the "^" is about how far off it was.

Yeah, warranty doesn't cover alignment but I was hoping they'd throw it in since they replaced the idler. No biggie.

Camber is something else that changes if you adjusted the torsion bars. If they didn't do a full alignment, I would get one.

You're rubbing on the plastic fender well liner, yes?

I don't know if you'll get enough lift out of the torsion bars. You might, you might not.

If you don't do the torsion bars and if you don't lift and if you must keep the tires and if you can't live with the noise, get a sharp knife and cut the plastic where you see rub marks.

If you don't, eventually your tires will wear holes in the plastic and then you'll have edges of plastic ratcheting on your tire lugs.

Ever clothespin a playing card to your bike when you were a kid? It's kinda like that only much louder and a much deeper tone. People will jump when you turn near them in a parking lot.

Get out the clippers and start chopping on the inner fender well.
