What is a "Mancil" anyway? Everytime I see it......

It will fit the H3 roof, not the rails. You will need to take off the H3 cross rails and get a Thule fit kit (thule.com) then you can add your bike mounts and what ever else you need.

Let me know if you have any more questions or want better pictures.

Mancil, what are you going to do with the original racks you had on your H3??? Let me know if your thinking about selling them...
