Not yet
but I park most of the time on level ground so I just leave the 1st gear in and don?t use the brake at all.
Also,this is my first car/truck with brake pedal - so I have to concentrate hard when using it anyway 
- novelty ..

Well I did it about a month ago...But Not In an H3.. I was in my 1973 ThunderChicken and I reached down for the E Brake Release which is a mechanical secondary back up to the auto vacumm release.
The Auto release failed..(Vacumm Hose Broke)...So I pulled the Back up Release..........Only ..it was the Hood release cabel.... The handle came out in my hand with 3 feet of cable attached....
