Left moonroof open last night(nice rainstorm this morning) After dealing with the carpet and seats I noticed the headliner was saturated over the driver seat as well. Used a hairdryer to dry the headliner and put a really ugly burn in the material. Can a piece of the headliner be reapired or does the entire headliner have to be replaced. Any idea of costs.

I would replace it completely. It's either going to stink from mold or you're going to be bugged by the burn mark in it. It is just velcroed on anyway so get a new one and be happy. Also, move to california and you won't have to worry about it again

First move to California then replace the headliner. This will save you on a second headliner! BIG-C

If you go to a very good auto detailer they could easily clean and remove all marks and keep it odor free. I current do mobile detailing in NJ and being one of the best do flood damaged higher end cars and it can easily be repaired.
