is there a product that will play the videos from the ipod on the factory touchscreen and allow me to use the controls on the steering wheel?

There are many companies that make av in adaptors for that nav unit (Soundgate, PAC, PIE, etc). Then you only need to get the av out cable for the ipod and use that for the input on the nav adaptor.
