Hey guys ... In about half of the pictures of the H2 I've seen online, there is what looks like a black rubber matt on top of the center console. Did you guys get one of those?

Bill, I have no idea what you are talking about, but there is no black rubber anywhere inside, except the floor mats. Aren't you supposed to be on the phone with Hummer? what happen to your transfer case?

One call to HUMMER customer service and a transfer case mysteriously is in the mail.

Keep up the gentle pressure, don't let this tiny victory let you off your guard, no cigar yet, you never know if the enemy is telling the truth or not. Call Hummer in 2-3 days, again and again, until it is done. No more Mr. Niceguy, you got nothing to lose.
