Please tell me how you did it? You know, without dicking up the paint?

They're just on there with double-sided foam tape. You can pry them right off with a plastic putty knife and use Goof-Off or some other solvent to remove the adhesive. Or if you really want to be anal about it, use a heat gun and some fishing line.

Exactly! A hair dryer and a putty knife...have some "goo gone" ready for the residue. I did the GM logos. You can also wrap the putty knife in masking tape and line the emblem with masking tape around it, so if you slip a small bit you won't scratch the paint.

Congrats, I wondered how long it'd take for someone to figure it out! I ended up putting hints in my signature. Did you google it?

I put a small pad behind my pry bar so I wouldn't scratch the paint, just pulled enough to get and edge to hang onto, then
s l o w l y pulled and let the tape release, I might have had an advantage because my 3 is new so it came off pretty easy and left no sticky mess behind. My dealer's name came off harder than the factory emblems!
Now if I could just get the shift knob off with out removing the whole flippin' shaft out of the truck I would be happy

I just took the dealership badge off but am thinking of taking the factory ones off as well (I don't get why we have H3 labels on an H3, we already know it's an H3 ). I took it off with adhesive remover cloth. Didn't affect the paint (or at least the scratches I have on the paint ).
