Wow that's a long video. That roof is freakn' awesome! The only question I have, is if the rear window is an electric roll up or they pop it out like on the avalanche.

Don't settle for any compensation. You'll get money back but live with the problems for the life of your H3! Make them fix it.
Oh yea - it's also best to research all aftermarket first.
