Default plastidip anyone use it?

I have heard some really good things about this product, basically it is a spray paint that sprays a plastic coat on whatever you want, can be easily removed and is durable. I think my h2 is getting completely blacked out soon!

In my experience this stuff has very limited uses...I typically use it to spray bolts and/or nuts to keep them from rusting. It gets a little harder than undercoating, but will scratch and mark pretty easily.

I wouldn't use it on my rims like the dudes in the video...and definitely wouldn't use it on anything thats going to get banged or brushed-up-against on a trail.

If you're trying to black-out or blacken-up on the cheap, go for the spray on bedliner by Duplicolor or Rustoleum...it's way more durable and can be touched-up easy due to it's textured look.

...or save your pennies and go for the Line-X.

It was popular 10 yrs ago with dipping you wrenches and screw drivers in but it never held on well and it took too many coats to build up any layers
