Default

Thank you for contacting HUMMER and for your interest in pricing information and
availability of the 2006 H2 SUV. As stated in my previous email, the
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the 2006 H2 Base package is
$52,980. This does not include a destination charge of $850.00. This
information is effective as of the start of 2006 model year production. Base
standard equipment includes 8-way power Tan Wheat leather seats, CD/Cassette
radio, dual-zone automatic air conditioning/heating ventilation for individual
driver and passenger settings as well as daytime running lamps, PASSlock
theft-deterrent system and the Bose performance-enhanced premium 9-speaker
system.

The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the H2 equipped with the
Adventure package is $55,510. This does not include a destination charge of
$850.00. This information is effective as of the start of 2006 model year
production. The Adventure Series includes the Tan Wheat leather seats, Air
Suspension Package, Black Roof Rack, Brush Guard, six-disc CD changer, Tubular
Tail Lamp Guards, First Aid Kit and Tool Kit, and Rubber Mudder Floor Mats.

The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the H2 equipped with the
Luxury package is $57,220. This does not include a destination charge of
$850.00. This information is effective as of the start of 2006 model year
production. The Luxury Series includes standard seating for six, AM/FM stereo
with in-dash six-disc CD changer, XM radio, Ebony eight-way powered heated
leather seats for the front driver and passenger seats as well as heated seat
cushions for the second row occupants, custom carpet floor mats, brushed
aluminum roof rack crossbars, Chrome Appearance Package (mirror caps, door
handles and license plate brow), chrome-plated stainless steel tubular assist
steps, and chrome aluminum 17" wheels.

H2 SUV is scheduled to start production July 11, 2005. There are certain
factors that could possibly effect scheduling. Specific availability can be
determined by your authorized HUMMER dealer. They are in the best position to
advise you on availability to their specific area.

You should see your local HUMMER dealer for details and further product updates.
This will also provide you with an opportunity to explore HUMMER up close and

Also a 4-year/50,000 mile warranty.

Although you could buy a new '05 H2 right now with an extended warranty better than 4yr/50k and still come under the price of a new '06 H2 when those come out.

That looks like the 6th price increase to me. Base was 47,900 in 2003 something like that

So if you buy the 06 lux package, do you get the mirrors like the 05 had?

On the '06 year models, there are some wiring harness changes, new mirrors, and floorpan.

These are the only changes that I know of for sure. The only enhancement would be the mirror's functionality, as I am not sure the floorpan and wiring harness changes add any benefit.

I am not sure of the year model when they dropped the key on the passenger side front door. This is not really a benefit, but a cost savings, unless the thieves can no longer break in on that side

I am pretty sure it was beginning in '06 that the passenger door key hole was dropped.
