Default What ever happened?

Where did the guy that did the custom interior plastic mods go? I want to do something custom to the plastics on the inside, but I can't find this guy. Does he still do them? Also, looked on egay and I didn't see any of the nicer overlays that I have seen in the past. What gives?

stewart or something like that?... he was out of south bend/elkart, IN. He sold his **** about 8 months back from what i heard.

You can buy the kits online to do it yourself. There is about 10X markup on that. Search for water printing or cubic (sp?) printing. your talking about less than an hours worth of work to do the entire interior.

Give me a shout because the shop I own can do some really unique finishes to your interior pieces. I own New Image Motorsports in Dallas and we sell and customize Luxury and exotic cars. We are by referal only and deal with superstar athletes , actors , musicians etc. . . . We are similar to Unique Autosports but we actualy sell cars and customize them all under one roof. Our clientele spans from John Travolta to Russel Simmons, Vince Young , Jerry Stackhouse the list is endless. I have been in business since 1988 and would love to help out any forum member I can. Oh and by the way we are very very tasteful with our customizing and don't do some of the things you have seen on television hint, hint. www.niseven.com

I ordered from Stewart a while back.

http://oemdash.com/

I though he sold the business to someone at one point.

The work was excellent.

I thought the process was dipping the plastic parts.

I would love to learn how to do this and have the same high standard/ high quality product he did.

It was expensive, so if someone can figure out how to do this, let us know.

Is this website still good? If so, I wonder if the quality is good as it was with "Stewart"?

I'm sure your better then them cause they are the worst place. I have seen there work and know people that have dealt with them both as customers and suppliers and they are horrible.

LEcustoms it's funny because your the one millionth person to say that. We take Unique Autosports customized cars as trade ins all the time because their customers were unsatisfied . I will just say this without slander but it's really hard to prepare a vehicle for wholesale or retail sale when you have to remove that much interior and exterior spray paint. We would never use a rattle can on a vehicle unless it's being prepped for a deer lease.

I have never seen Unique's work in person, but you can easily tell from watching their show that are absolute dogshiite when it comes to craftsmanship. They are the OCC/Teutels of the car world.
