Does anyone have a link to instructions on how to install the SMA tire carrier?

Thanks!

The SMA instructions state that I will need to use a Torque Wrench (95-105 Foot Pounds) and I don’t have one. How crucial is it that I use a Torque range opposed to a regular wrench n this install?
