I was cruising the Turnpike on the way home and the wind was bad, about 25-30 mph. This combined the driving speed made the trip a little more exciting than I prefer. I noticed the fog lites plastic trim was making some serious noise in the wind. The plastic flap was.. well... flapping. It seemed to be made of some rather rigid plastic but it was definately making noise. even in the great warm weather , I enjoy driving the H3

Sounds like a nasty noise. Never experienced this yet with my H3, and I drive 80-85mph daily (only sometimes in fairly high winds). I'm sure somebody here will know something about the problem.

One of the things that I've noticed with my H3 is the sealing around the windows and doors isn't very good. When I take my wife's lexus through our touchfree no problems, when I take the hummer there's so many airleaks that the presoak bubbles up around the windows and corners near the side mirror. I definately notice more wind noise than my previous h2's.

I would suggest you have the dealer do some adjusting or replacing of window seals. I have had my H3 through dozens of touchless high-pressure car washes, along with quite a few self-serve high pressure, and I have not noticed any water leaks.
On the highways, it is extremely quiet and I notice no air leaks in any types of high winds (probably highest has been in the 60 mph range).
Only thing I have really noticed in regard to noise is the resonance from the antenna, but only under certain conditions, and with the sunroof open.

I agree with Fstop, I'm on the highway almost everyday and notice no air leaks, and I have a home pressure washer and have never noticed any leakage around the windows. I'd take it back to the dealer and have them look over the seals.

I haven't got window leakage...but I did notice when I spray wash the truck, if I leave it running with the heat or air on, I see soap bubbles forming around the door handles. I realize this is because the truck has a positive pressure built up inside.
I wonder....if air is getting out can water get in? It seems the "leaks" are very small and probably nothing to be concerned about.

I do notice a slight wind howl at 50+ MPH probably do to the location and or placement of the roof cross bars.

I have noticed when it rains heavy I get some water build up in the inner sunroof rails and it drains all over me when I close the door!

When I first got my truck I noticed a buzzing sound that really started around 70 mph. I took it to the dealer and they found the windshield trim wasn't sealed down properly from the factory. Since it was resealed the noise has not come back.
