Default SMA Brush Guard Doesn't Fit!!!!

I bought an SMA brush gaurd from Teakatoys. I tried to put it on today and goes over my hood so the hood won't open.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Give me a break!

I have heard of other companies selling guards similar to the SMA ones and calling them SMA brand (look-alikes). Teakatoys seems like a reputable company though. Are you sure you've installed it properly?

Yeah, I'm not the most technical guys; I work in finance at Black & Decker. But I had several engineers that came out to the parking lot to install it. Theese guys buid DeWalt tools for a living; if they can't put it on, something is wrong. Anyways...it's a pretty easy installation. Pull the tow hooks off and put them back on. I am supprised and disapointed. It sounds like Teakatoys had it sent from IAG (Inovative Auto Group) in Arizona.
