Roof track CB mount....where can I get it?

Anybody know where to find this CB antenna mount? I don't care about the folding wingnut section, just the isolating bracket that locks into the roof track.

Any help would be appreciated.

you will have to refresh my memory, was there supposed to be an outcome with something?
i usually pop in for a minute or two to check any pertenate info i might miss.
