Default 2006 78k mi $28k, is this worth it?

WHite with Black interior with ALL options.
There is also a Desert Sand color 06 with ALL option, 49k mi for $29k, but not sure about the color.

Since your not too far from me in Bartlett..... here is a list of 2006/2007 H2's under $30K within 100 miles.

I think there are a few deals that are much better than the truck you are looking at, Im guessing the truck you are looking at is the white one on this list.

Agreed don't impulse it look around, in this economy its tuff to sell these behemoths!! I almost traded mine in for a new Range Rover HSE supercharged, but given the fact that they are not in production anymore Ill stick to my baby!!

You are correct sir! It basically has everything I want including rear tire carrier, body color grille, NAV, and I used to have white and liked it.

There is another one that is Desert Sand with49k mi for $29k, but not sure about the color.

Wify is poking me to get Tahoe, Yukon Denali, or Escalade, but I love the uniqueness of H2 and not worried about going over anything!!

The white truck has more miles and it looks like someone obviously had the interior apart to paint it and install audio equipment (notice the seperate tweeters in the door panel). Third row seat appears to be missing too.

I would be looking at:

**Desert sand truck you mentioned

**Slate Blue truck being sold privately with 54K miles for $29,600 it is loaded with everything and looks very clean.

**Pewter Metallic truck being sold at Weil Hummer with 36K miles for $29,795 which is completely loaded with the exception of Navi.

I know you mentioned you liked White but given the other selections with lower miles that have not been messed with that is the route I would take.

Thanks. I will go and take a look at the Desert Sand one. I need to trade in my MB and finance the H2, so PVT party is out. Weil Hummer is where I have originally purchase my Black H2 (flew in from MN and drove back) and I just had a horrible experience with them. I have found another 05 H2 in Addison in Yellow color with 58k mi for $26k, but no NAV and rear tire mount... Also the mirrors are not updated as well.
The other is Black 05 from Elite Motors in Mundelein with71k mi for $26k. This one is not so bad as well. I found these cars here

without putting eyes on it hard to say. White is hard to keep clean and you will have to learn to live with everyone asking you when you are going to get it painted. The prices for both seem in the ballpark.

Thanks. My ultimate choice is YELLOW, but hard to get low mileage H2. I am going to test drive Black and Desert Sand this weekend. I will report back on my impression on these.

If you have a car you need to trade in try stopping at a Carmax...... I know they can be hit or miss with giving impressive numbers to purchase your car outright..... worth a shot.

Yeah, thought about that. I know most of the vehicle with over 100k mi will most likely to be auctioned out and they will give me auction price. My friend had a 2000 LX470 with 125k mi and went to Carmax and they offered $7900 for it.

My 2005 is desert sand. Odd name for a color that looks like metallic khaki green. The paint will shift to a golden color near sunset when the sky is red. One stranger in a parking lot commented he thought it was the best color for a H2.

I just sold a 2007 for $38,000 and picked up a 2003 for $18.5 with 75k on it.
Totally tricked out. matte black ,touch face nav, Ipod hook up, bluetooth, two dvds in the head rests, all new interior....got a steal.
But, going from 2007 to a 2003 not at all different, but like I said the interior is all new....and a $5k paint job that i got the receipt for.
Oh, also 2 sets of tires

I would say hunt around a little

That's really low mileage for 2003. wow.

I think that center console is pretty cool. Double screens...one is nav?

Doesn't look like a bad deal at all. Go check it out! Curious as to what those two screens are myself.
