Lower rocker panel molding?
If so, just reach under and pull downward at each location.
To be honest, I have never removed this particular part, but it looks very similar to retaines we have used in the past.

Just checked the service manual, and it says to pull these downward. The other clips on the rear pull outward, and DON'T forget to remove the two end screws.

I promise I'm getting a manual soon so I don't have to bother fstop too much.

But do you mean just pull the entire moulding downward after removing end screws? and the wierd square clip looking things (in the center of the picture) don't need to be removed or pryed on?

...or I could just have Manuel remove them for me

If Manuel removes them, there will be taco sauce on the panels.

From what I have read in the manual, it says just to pull. I did not have time to ask around yesterday and find someone who has removed them; however, they look like the standard T-fastener.
The service manual says to just reach under and pull on all the fasteners holding the rocker, except for the two end screws.
Hopefully, someone will pipe in who has removed the rocker.
Sorry I can't be more help.

You can take some needle nose pliers and squeeze in the center of the clip to remove. They are easy to break when removing as well (be careful). Just an FYI (according to my local dealership), these clips cannot be ordered individually from the dealership and only come as part of the entire rocker side. I'm sure a parts store has something that can be used, but i didn't check. There are 2 , 10mm bolts on the ends, about 8 plastic clips across the panel, and 5 of those pictured underneath. I tore into it thinking it would be easy to replace those 25 cents plastic clips, but spent $60 to replace the whole side.

Correction: After you pull the rocker off, use the needle nose to remove the clip. The rocker will pull straight off as it interlocks with the clip.

Damn! I think I'll have Manuel do it!

I thought it might be a good idea to pop the rocker moulding off once a year and clean out he accumulated off road gunk, but it sounds like delicate work. Without pictures to guide me I'd be sure to break some clips.
