Default H2 rear head rest

I have a question about my 06 Hummer H2 rear head rests.
How do I fold them down?
It looks like I can fold them back but not sure how to. It would help my blind spots out.

Thank you

Eddie

SUV:
Just fold the seats forward and the headrest will rotate back. When you put the seats back up don't fold the headrest back up.

SUT:
all you need are two small alan wrenches to sinsert into the plastic base of the headrest and push them until they click...have someone pull up on teh headrest and they will pull out. Than you dremel out the last slot to match the other slots and you'll never have to push teh alan heads in again. search "SUT headrest mod."
