I ended up doing the DNX7120 instead didnt really need the bluetooth so i didnt see the need to pay for it.
I like the unit but it will take me some time to figure it all out.

Just got the same one but i need some help with the install.
I have a 2003 H2.
1st problem. With General motors Class 2 Onstar and bose interface kit (GMAH24B) from Peripheral, it says not to use the rear outputs if you have the premium bose amplifier. I thought that is what comes in the 2003 so I did not hook them up. Well I got no sound from the radio then I hooked them up and surprise I have sound. Then I tried to use the fader from front to back and it does not work.

The 2nd problem is with the steering wheel control interface from the same company, The PESWIAKJC Steering Wheel Control Interface.
It tells you to use the red for power, black for ground and the blue/yellow to the radio remote steering wheel wire and cut the brown wire, which I did.
The last wire to hook up is the green wire on the PESWIAKJC to the lite green wire on the steering wheel column which i also did. For the Kenwood DNX8120 there is no where to put the jack from the interface. Well the power light goes on but i ca not program the dam thing. im thinking that i hooked up to the wrong green wire on the steering column or I have the wrong Steering Wheel Control Interface.

Enclosed are the pics of the intructions and the steering wheel coulmn,

I paid $1250 from 6th ave electronics

I paid $1500 for the DNX7120, Sirius, Adiovox license plate frame cam, and all the harness's plus install at my local Tweeters.
They also hooked up my subs
I would have done the install myself but with my wife in the hospital for the last 6 weeks and me having to juggle taking care our 1 year old baby and work I didn't have the time.
they used all of the metra kits and everything seems to work fine.
It is a great unit and they hooked up my in dash DVD (which is in the onstar location so i now have 2 sources for DVD both for the front monitor as well as the rear monitors.
with this setup we can watch the Head unit on all monitors, watch the rear on all monitors or a combination of the 2 DVD units.
This Unit rocks.
and they were nice enough to bypass the parking brake (well they didnt bypass it what they did was left enough of the parking brake wire and a ground wire dangle just below the dash so i could connect the 2 myself they didnt want to be held liable for that part of the install, so i simply connected the 2 wires and presto all of the capabilities work while i am driving.)

I just put the DNX7120 in my H1. I LOVE IT! Now, I'll be lucky if I can figure out how to use all the options. I did not get the bluetooth, but would have if I'd installed it in the H2. The backup camera is very nice. I love the Garmin software. It works better than the stuff they put in the Pioneer Avic Z1.

How do you get the external switches to work i wonder?
