Hello everyone...does anyone have any information on how to remove the door panels on the front driver and passenger side doors?
Just got my H3 last week and I love it but I'm thinking of upgrading the speakers.....

Remove window switches; push into the switch at the rear and pry up at the rear, lift and disconnect connector(s). Use a small screwdriver, and most likely the back spring clip will fall, when you get the door panel off, you can replace the clip, it just slides into the switch.
Remove the round cover behind the door handle and remove the torque head screw.
Remove the large cover running the top to bottom length of the door pull handle, and remove the two screws. (Use a small thin screwdriver on both of these covers and just pry, then pull off.)
Then, at the bottom of the door, grab hold and pull, there are about six to eight reusable plastic retainers.
When all retainers are free from the door frame, lift the door slightly off the top of the door where it slides into the window slot, then look behind and unclip the two cable; one for the door handle, one for the lock switch.
Install in reverse order, and don't forget to reattach the cables.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing. What are you going to use for replacement speakers?? And are you just doing the front or front & rear??

Anxious to hear how it goes. The sound system is the only thing I'm not very happy with on our H3. Everything else is GREAT!!! Keep us posted!
