Default changing transmission filter

hi. do you have to remove the under carriage to remove the transmission pan to get to the filter or can you slide it out to the side? thanks in advance. i know on my escalade i had to drop the y-pipe for the exhaust to get the transmission pan out to get to the filter.

That's one of the cleanest undercarriages I've ever seen on an H2!

mission accomplished...changed transmission fluid and filter. on my 08(6.2 l). i had to drop the y-pipe for the exhaust to get the pan out just like my escalade. wasn't too bad..i had to use a 3' breaker bar to remove the nuts from the studs on the header.
