Default Cannot Remove Key From Ignition

For some crazy reason, I cannot remove the key from the ignition even though the truck is definetly in park. The only thing I can think of is that maybe I have a grounding issue or something with the DVD player I recently installed. But things have been working fine up till just now. Any ideas or tests I can run?
