I'm turning Japanese I think I'm turning Japanese I really think so.....

I am doing fine. I have just been really sick, I need it to function so badly right now. But I haven't given in. I have cut my use to a 1/3 of what I used to drink and never at night. Sleeping like a snotty baby........ A cup or two of tea is great, I could probably do it exclusively but I don't want to right now.

I dunno if it is cutting out the sugar or the caffiene. Both I suppose. When I feel better I will hopefully feel great.

Wull, that's the thing about the gut. For women, caffeine increases estrogen which in turn, theoretically causes you to gain weight it the hips (and be more moody than usual at certain times). And no studies support that it helps you lose weight so it was a huge factor for me. I dunno about manfolk.
