Well the dealer is putting the 2nd BCM module in 2 weeks in my H3.They tell me that water is getting inside the vehicle somehow. My guess is threw the marker lights. They also told it would be atleast 3 to 4 days before they can get the new module. The Leomon Law up here says 3 times for the same fix and then they have to replace vehicle.

I've had two BCMs replaced within the first two weeks of owning mine (1st of Oct). First time was for remote entry not working and the second was for the being unable to re-activate the XM radio and an airbag malfunction. Still love the truck and haven't had other trouble since. They installed the marker lights on the second BCM replacement and I haven't had any noise issues.

Well, that really sucks. Is the dealer attempting to find the water leak? I assume the dealer installed the marker lamps, and is responsible to find and correct the water leak.
If not, you will be back many more times for BCM replacements.

Well they told me that the autobody shop is taking a look at it to see where the leak is coming from.Yes the dealer did install marker lights way back when.Well they basically have one more attempt after this one ,then I am going to see about the Lemon Law.3 strikes and there out.You know what is funny about this Fstop is, now that I think about it,both BCM'S fried soon after I had gone and used the high pressure washer at local car wash.

Firsthummer, make sure they are wording everything exactly the same in their reports.

WORD FOR WORD for your complaints
WORD FOR WORD for the diagnostics
WORD FOR WORD for the fix done.
Take it from someone that has got lemon law in the past and tried again about a two years ago. the loophole now for the Automotive market and lemon law is the word for word deal. This will make things easier for you in the event you have a chance to get lemmon law. ...my 2 cents.

Make sure you tell the dealer it was after a high-pressure wash. That way, they can duplicate the problem and hopefully, repair it.

I also suggest if you do get the three strikes you are out, then make sure to call Hummer Customer Assistance and let them know you are going after the lemon law. This might get them to get off their behinds and get you into a new H3; if that is what you want. This can be faster than going through BBB or the courts.

Dealers have some high-tech leak detection equipment that is made by Kent-Moore, but only if they want to purchase. The best is the electronic leak detector, it can detect an extremely small leak.

X2. It took me about three months of pulling teeth to get mine done.
When in WI, I used Larry Towers. this guy wrote the Lemmon Law for the state of WI from what he told me. he also told me not to say anything to the dealer or GM as it would be easier for him to handle it. It may have been his choice on how to handle this. i would say that if you have a good realtionship with your Dealer, he/ she can get you with the GM rep that will have to come out and look at your case anyhow. than tell him at how dissapointed you are with this issue and you are thinking of getting away from GM altogether. Than maybe he will do something for you. For a dealer/ GM rep to just give you a new truck would surprise the hell out me.

Good luck.

I was with GM down at Saturn, and a few of my best friends were in Owner Product Legal, that works with the assistance center. Not hard there to get a car replaced, if it is going for a Lemon Law, and the problem and time at the dealer could be verified.
One nice thing about the Hummer is it goes through GM's premium assistance center in Austin TX (or at least it does now, may change in the future). The premium assistance center is faster to react, and helps the customer better (or at least they did). They handle GMC trucks, Cadillacs and Hummers, all other vehicles, except for Saturn, go through Tampa FL, via the regular assistance center.
It never hurts to get them involved. From their point of view, if it is legit, and you might jump to Ford, they will replace the vehicle.

I really hope they can fix the problem right. It would be a shame to blow away a customer due to a bad installation of marker lamps. Water leaks are not hard to find, with the right equipment, and can be fixed quite easily (usually).

Good luck
