Default Fabtech tie rods

I would like to replace the tie rods on my 2006 H2 before I have a problem....since i need an alignment anyways, figure now is the time.

I was planning on going with the fabtech tie rods but when I try to buy them it says "for fabtech suspension systems only".

Look: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...1&apwidLkjOfv7

So whats the deal? If those wont work does anyone have any they recommend that will?

Thanks...

Search the website. This topic has been discussed a lot of times and even within the last few days. Buy them and install them! A lot of us run FB tie rods on other wise stock front suspension.

They work great on a factory suspension. I had them on my truck before and after I did a torsion bar lift.

They are great and easy to install yourself with a minimum of cussing.

Unless you are going offroad and worried about being stuck by yourself in nowhere land, my theory is if it ain't broke don't fix it. I have the Super Steer Tie Rods and they run around 170 on Ebay and you can put them on in an afternoon. FabTechs are good too. I put mine on after a concrete chunk at a bridge site bent but didn't break my original rod.

Get them, I broke a stock tierod on the trail, didn't have a spotter and kept tying to get over the obstacle resulting in a cracked front differential.

NJ H2 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Re: Fabtech tie rods

Get em! I've had them on stock suspension for years with no problems. Keep the originals for the emergency!
