just plowed thru some deep water not too long ago, i had a wall of water coming over the hood, not the same wall you would get when flying thru 10 inches or so.. but im sure this was over 24 inches... and i definetly hit it faster than 5 mph.... anyways only casualty was that it ripped off and crumpled my license plate like a peice of paper..

overall i rated the experience on these criteria

overall fun: 10
eye poppability when realizing you should measure depth first b4 attempting: 10
potential for disaster: 9
casualty rating: 2
overall experience rating:
8.8

good times!

OMG that looks deep! I took the left side of that stream....If I had gone 6 feet further to the right, it would have been over the hood. Good job on not getting stuck.....blub blub blub

Hey guys- I'm a newbie to the board and came across those pics, that's fantastic! Out of my own curiosity, which "mode" did you have it in? 4 hi lock, 4 low, or 4 low with the back diff's locked?

I just picked up my H3 and am still trying to understand what situations those are all used for.

That same trip we did H1's, H2's (the H3 wasn't out yet), and had one Jeep Rubicon. All splashed in like that.

I have pics of H2's as deep. I don't publish them for warranty conflict prevention issues.

The one of Hurf? If so, I will look and see but I believe I have a larger copy.
