Without sounding holier than thou, I have to tell you guys that all these bs posts are childish, stupid and disrespectful to Jason and the effort he has put forth to make a gathering place for people with a common interest.

I know all too well how easy it is to get caught up with dealing with idiots but IMO, this is way out of hand.

No flame to you guys but I've learned alot of useful and helpful info here. I'd like to keep it that way. I think perhaps ignoring the ones that don't belong would be a better idea.

Just my opinion....flame away.

It is our entertainment. We get a few trolls every now and then and it flares and dies quickly, that's how it has always been.

The info has and always will be here.

Sure we could ignore them, but it's too much fun.

I agree guys, (and lady) that over time, each and every forum gets members that are immortalized by their stupidity.

It's just I saw a few of our good and respected members lowering themselves to the antagonizer's levels.

You'll have to excuse me, I came from a Vette forum with ZERO tolerance. One post out of line and it was deleted. No nakid pics, no foul language, no disrespecting other members. It was very strict and though I thought it was too severe, I now see some advantages.

Anyway, like I mentioned, no disrespect for anyone, I just hate to see morons drag our good members down to their level.

Back to our regularily scheduled flaming.

I equate this forum to the truck itself....like nothing else. VERY different forum from most I've been on.

I too came for info, and sometimes it sucks when you post a serious question and it turns into 4 pages of drivel with no answer, but you gotta admit - when Drty goes whoop ass on some troll, it's better than anything on tv.

Sounds boring </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I was on a similar forum for Ducati motorcycles. It was quite similar in that a ton of idiot trolls would talk **** about our Duc's always bragging about how Expensive our bikes were and how they're bikes (mostly Jap bikes) were faster, louder, etc. and they were better than us.

Sound familiar - same arguments we get from the Jeeper trolls here.

Well, it got soo bad that the site became useless for info and was eventually shut down.

On the other hand, you guys really know how to Own these trolls and I usually end up laughing my ass off!!!

Funny....I don't remember seeing a corvette on Zero Tolerance's list of cars!

Maybe it was hidden behind the Outer Limits speedboat with "triples".

Orange, you're missing the point. It is EXACTLY because Jason let us have a REAL community, that we have so much respect for him, and genuine love of this forum. So much so that many of us literally spent hours here. Trolls like to call us no-life blah, blah. The truth is, this community is so honest, that you make actual real-life friendship that spans thousands of miles, cultures, race, and nations. If you show up in the next Moab outing, you'll know what I mean exactly. And I see nothing wrong with spending quality time with my buddies.

CP is also absolutely accurate. The H2 has not had a single major change in the 4 years model it's been out (2003-2006). Literally 99.99% of H2 topics have been discussed and re-discussed over-n-over. The rest of us who's been here a few years love trolls for the entertainment value. So, do all of us ol'timers a favor -- don't drive em off too quickly... ok?

Main reasons why this site has become number 1 is directly because of veterans like Drtyfn, Dennis, Kenp, H2F, AlexW to name a few(troublemakers ). I think everyone goes through the screening process and the strong minded make the cut.

Take that away and you have a boring site.

I originally joined this forum to get information, but became a junkie because of the entertainment value.

I personally like the social feel of this forum. The others I've been on are boring.

Me too. I have never been a member of a forum like this before. I have used a number of different ones relating to computers and different software packages but always went there for an answer, got it and left until the next question came up. I found this site when my dealer first started excepting deposits on H3 and it slowly became a part of my daily activities. I think I would actually be bored at work if it weren't for this great forum

I too am sick of all the drivel. I came to forum to learn about my H2 and meet fellow anchormen.
