Default A/C blows through defroster vents.

I recently tried an aftermarket programmer on my 2004 H2. It required pulling 10 or so fuses from underneath the hood and dash before downloading. After having issues downloading the update, I quit and replaced the fuses in the reverse order from how they had been removed. Now all A/C functions only blow through the defroster vents regardless of what the controls reflect.

I've searched the forums to no avail.

Any ideas before just taking it back to the dealer?

Thanks in advance!

there are blend doors that move for heat to cold
and more doors that change from defrost to vent to floor
they get stuck sometimes and have to be moved by hand to
unstick them

i have never worked on a H2 so i cant help with the location of them
maybe some of the others H2 guys can help

Mine did that this morning...but when I turned the truck off and back on, things went back to normal. Did you get yours fixed? Thinking I may have this problem again

Unfortunately I had to take it to the dealer. I'm sure it had something to do with the order of re-inserting the fuses, but I wasn't prepared to try all of the possible combinations.

Good luck!
