Default Worst Rattle Ever

My '07 developed the most annoying rattle I've ever heard. It sounded like a bass drum coming from the back when I would drive over rough roads or hit bad bumps.

Over several beers and fajitas yesterday I got several of the guys out in driveway to try and figure out where it was coming from. After several trips of different guys riding in back we decided that it was the rear door locking mechanism mis-adjusted. The door would bounce ever so slightly from the bumps and bang on the metal frame of the lock. There wasn't much adjustment room, but just a little bit took care of the problem.

Just in case anybody else comes across this.....

Default Re: Worst Rattle Ever

Check your tail lights. They're put on with pretty cheap body plugs. My passengers side tail light and the plastic corner peice that's above it popped off one time when i was wheeling. I was climbing about a 70 degree bank and the rear bumper, right below my shackle, slammed into the ground causing everything to pop off. Now that one of the tail light body plugs is broke, it rattles when i go over bumps and loose terrain at any speed. I just recently put the nice brushgaurd covers on my tail lights. They loook awesome, but i need to replace this tail light.
