Hi,

Does HUMMER have a kit to install an iPod in the H3 and play it through the factory stereo? If HUMMER does not yet have a kit, do they have one planned for release soon? Has anyone connected their iPod to the H3 via an aftermarket kit? Please let me hear from you guys. Thanks, Plinius

They are considering it for late 2006 or 2007 according to edmunds.

I hope so I hate having wires in my front seat and who carries cd's anymore?! If you check out google theres lots of info for using after market stuff to play your ipod through your car audio. I mean if you don't want to wait for hummer.

I was slightly disappointed that the CD MP3 stero option didn't have a line in jack for an MP3 player. I guess there are a ton of FM modulators (spelling) out there that let you use an unused FM channel though.

I believe that the later to be released DVD navagation system will have a MP3 hookup, but don't quote me on that.
