What's the trick to gaining access to the wiring for the tail lamps? There's go to be more than just the two screws and can see easily.

Need to CAREFULLY pull the entire assembly after you remove the two screws. The assembly is also held in by two clips.

hummerdonthurtem - In the past, I've been know to be a little too agressive removing things... I applied a little pressure trying to remove the whole assembly from the body of the vehicle and felt enough resistance to stop. Do I just gently keep pulling to overcome the friction from the clips?

you may need to wiggle it a little bit. just be careful since the assembly is one big plastic piece and the bulb wires are not that long. so as soon as the assembly pops out, be ready to stop pulling.
