i was wondering why gm didnt put that metallic stuff that surrounds the stereo etc and extend it up to surround the 2 air vents right above?
i would like to do that myself. is that metallic material available?

i was wondering why gm didnt put that metallic stuff that surrounds the stereo etc and extend it up to surround the 2 air vents right above?
i would like to do that myself. is that metallic material available?

you can get a dash kit that has brushed aluminum for just what you are looking for.

I think it is really some sort of new plastic that looks like metal, but doesn't show fingerprints.
