Re: 4th of July...
Considering taking the boat out and watching the fireworks from the ocean - still not sure though - being out on the water in the dark with two thousand other drunks running boats may not be such a great idea.
Whatever you all wind up doing have a good one and be safe.
Happy 4th - still not sure what the fuss is about - not been here long enough

Friends and I would go down to the marina during the summer late in the evening and watch the drunks try to dock. It's always best sitting on a boat, tied up with the tide going out and the wind crossing them. That's some funny shiznit!!!

Re: 4th of July...
Going to be lighting some artillery shells tonight.
Got some stuff on the Blackfoot Reservation on the way back from the cabin.
One box has 156 tubes and the lady said it lasts around five minutes, it was just under 60 bucks. Never saw anything like it before. It's called War Games, gonna have to scope out the neighbors houses and make sure the tubes are at a high enough angle to go over the roofs Has warnings on two sides "this side toward crowd" has a primary fuse and secondary fuse...
Only thing is we are on a hill below the airport and the city is going to have a manned roadblock above us to keep people from parking up on top and watching the firework shows from up there.
Hope the box is legal or the coppers will know where I am
The artillery shell from the reservation have 12 shells and each one has at least 3 breaks, should be a good show.

Re: 4th of July...
I woke up early to make sure I could catch some of my friends still in Iraq on line so I could wish them a happy 4th and offer them another package of what ever they want. After that we watched three fireworks displays off in the distance from our front porch. Once the fire works were over, we found my daughters dog stuck under her bed and lifted it off her so she could get out. She hates fireworks and guns.

You could bring Sewie up here with his winch and hook on to one of those windows at the local pokey. It's on the other side of the airport
Is that the next Moab trip?? I'd like to, but the temp is going to be pretty toasty there I think about you all going to Moab in Aug.
