Default Switch for NAV Controls While Moving...

Johndjmix1's signature, as seen on this post: http://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=21625 references a "Switch to allow Full NAV controls while moving"

John / anyone, could you please provide more info on this? Where did you get it, how to install, etc?

Also, I have an 03 H2, but do have a 06 Caddy SRX so was wondering if this would apply...GM NAV?

Just wondering...Thanks in advance!!

Very easy. Put a switch in-line on the GPS wire. Switch off----gps tells the nav vehicle is stoped. Switch on ---- gps works as normal.

Works like a charm. Forget which wire it is but im sure someone on here can tell you.

John, how does the access ipod interface work? I found most interfaces are slow when going through the IPOD menus.
Also looking for info on the Nav Switch. Call Me !
