CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS? I TOOK THE SCREWS OUT AND THE PIECE DID NOT COME OUT? I DID NOT WANT TO FORCE IT NOT KNOWING IF I WAS DOING IT RIGHT.
