Any of you guys tried a chrome spray yourself on any of the plastic H3 parts like that hood grill? cons, pros? I'm not experienced in those kinds of things just wondering whether to experiment or not... how does plastic hold the chrome paint?

... was just a hypothetical idea... cuz i see all the parts that are plastic just coated with chrome paint on all these H3 part sites... thought why not do it myself with all the home depot stuff and save bunch on it ..

The lame fake hood vent on the H3 looks more like a hibatchi grill especially with the hood handles. Maybe an electric grilling option should be availabe for tailgating/picnics.

From the factory, all Lexus wheels are chrome painted, FWIW.
