Default Sticky rear a/c controls

Ok so best guess I have is that some family member spilled orange juice on my rear a/c controls. Now that I have the residue sticky pulp behind the buttons they still work but they are hard to press and they stick. So my question is how do I fix this problem? Any suggestions?

Default Re: Sticky rear a/c controls

take the entire thing apart, the rear controls and trim are easy to remove. The buttons on the other hand can be a little annoying. I swapped all my buttons over to LED's and quite a few of the button packs aren't meant to be disassembled but can be if you're careful.

I don't have any pics of disassembly, sorry.
