Default I need a straight answer on GM Navigation application.

Can anyone give me the part number for the GM navigation/radio that will plug and play in my 2003 H2 with the Y91 option?

I have been told 15800000 but I can't find that number in many places...has any one with the same truck installed one...if so your experience is appreciated.

Thanks

If you want a way better head unit i have been looking at the pioneer avic z3. 3 times the radio for similar price of the gm factory unit. I have seen them on ebay for as low as 1100.00 usd. I am thinking of getting one for my trailblazer ss. Talk to a local install shop and there may even be a wiring install kit available to make it near plug and play. Just a way better option in my opinion

Yea, I have been looking at the aftermarket also, but just not sure about it. The Kenwood DNX-8120 is very nice and uses Garmin for their Nav system, but over $1000 and you still have a couple hundred more in interface hardware and installation.

Question, With the GM system. if you have the nav disc in the player, do you have to take it out to play a music CD? IF so, does the nav system stop working?

Thanks

Factory Nav's are going for $200-400 on ebay...

All the current aftermarket systems have some bug on a main feature thats gonna piss you off. Alpines have **** nav, kenwoods have ipod issues, pioneers just suck now.. etc..

I'd wait for the 09 models to come out if you want to dump that kind of $$
