Not bad, at least a couple grand better than trading it in. But if you look at the annual depreciation hit, it's pretty darn high.

Everyone knows when you drive any new car off the lot you loose 3 grand.
Make you calculations from there.

Check with your tax accountant, maybe you can write that bath off (if it can somehow be justified as business-related).

Agreed, minimum $3K hit just to drive it off. First year is the worst by far.

Carmax isn't bad if you don't want the hassle of selling on your own. Definitely better than the dealership!!!
