For those of you in S.A and the surrounding area. Roy T. has moved to some other backwards assed state!
The new Hummer service rep is Craig. He is still learning, and is very helpful, but I think he will need some time. He has very big shoes to fill, and is trying, so lets be patient, but not too!
Need to train this one as well as Roy was!

Good luck Craig, 'cause here we come!

Took my H2 in for several things.
Here are the results:
1.Driver seat memory being lost!
A.Make sure you wait a full 2 seconds before
pulling out key.
B.Aftermarket equip. putting a drain on
system. DVD player that I've had atleast
year and have not used in about 6mos.(?)
2.Brakes feel low
A.We've got a brake recall coming through in
March, but don't have tht tool to work on
it yet(I feel real safe on that one!)
3.Asked about reprogramming for better shifting
of Trans.
A.Doesn't seem that my vehicle requires it.
4.Rubbing noise coming from steering wheel
while turning.
A.Had previously replaced steering shaft 1
month ago(issue still there)
B.Replaced warpped upper and lower steering
wheel covers)About one of the only fixes
this visit!
5.Oil leak coming from skid plate. (mentioned
that I had removed skid plate and cleaned
thouroughly!)
A:Residual oil on skid plate from previous
oil change
6.Check engine light came on
A.Replaced gas cap(OK, fixed this one too!)

All in all, I felt like a drive to the dealership was wasted on a gas cap!
