Default Interior LED Strip Lighting

I would like to add LED Strip Lighting to the interior of my H2. Does anyone know where there is an easily found wire to tap into to make the lights come on and off with the door? If I knew which fuse operated the door lights that would work as well. I would appreciate the help, thanks.

You are going to have to look underthe dash and there is a bulb that you can tap into, that is my best advice and what I would do since it ties into the door light system.

Problem is there is no bulb under the dash that works off the door. All lights are either in the door or in the overhead console.

Thanks for your help, but I just looked again, and my 2006 H2 isn't equipped with one on either side. I wish it was that easy for sure.

man that sucks well then you are going to have to pull the panels off the door and trace the wire from the light there and use that one, that is my next advice for you. Cause I did it in my Lexus and I was able to tap into the door pin which ours dont have. When you get it done post some pics.

OK forget what I just said. Look right behind your seats on the b pillar near the floor there is a light there I would just tap into that its easier to get to and you should be able to trace the wire once you pop up the trim panel.

Good idea...I think that may be the best option. I'll give that a try next. I'll keep you posted.
