Default Does your battery have this cable/fuse?

I have been experiencing issues with my truck battery going dead. It's been 4 times or so...but it hasn't happened since I last brought to the dealer. During that stint, they had the truck for 3-4 days. I noticed something that didn't look normal attached to my battery. Curious if everyone has this odd cable/fuse connected to their Hummer H3 battery.
