Angry H3 Rear Bummper Replacement HELP Needed

I had the misfortune of backing into a flatbed trailer and putting a crease into my rear bumper. Has anyone replaced one of these and or does anyone know how to remove the bumper so that I can replace it myself? I am so pissed at myself for doing it. I even thought I need to watch out for that when i back up and what do i do get distracted. I got the part on order and it should be here tomorrow. ANyones help is much appreciated!

Default Re: H3 Rear Bummper Replacement HELP Needed

I did it. It was quite self-explanatory and easy. Take a look and you'll see that it is attached by nuts and bolts. Remove the license plate light from it's resting place. Detach the rubber bumper pad. Remove the tow hook. Voila. Did you damage the plastic corner fender beneath the rear light? I learned the hard way that the two pieces remove as one and comes as one. I now have a wide angle lens (as opposed to rear camera) on the rear window to hopefully prevent future mishaps. Good luck.
