Here are some various stages of Bebe-rhino project.

The mud from Black rock was inside my inner fender well....

I'm going to be finishing up later tonight and tomorrow.

what did u use to make those black?
arent they molded in that greyish color? meaning that if u paint it and it chips, the underlying color will be exposed?
looks good. ive wanted to do that to mine, but wasnt sure abt the issues i addressed.

I took all of the plastic parts off, and then took to the local Line-x shop. So every Grey plastic piece now has line-x on it. I also did the fenders, rock rails and the brush guard.

It looks great, I was surprised at how simply everything is put together.

However, the line-x makes it a little more complicated to re-install. I am needing to gently sand/file the bolt holes to get some of the clips to fit.

Oh well, it's taking a little bit longer than expected to reassemble, but the fit and finish still looks great!

Thanks for all of the compliments

Did you have to take off and replace the rubber that goes around where the fender meets the body or was it left on and masked off when sprayed? And how did the fenders that are attached to the rear door come off? I was told that when you unbolt them there are two clips that still hold them on and you have to cut them and replace when putting them back on?
I would appreciate the info
Looks nice!!

Left and masked/wired when sprayed. It is secured to the fender with glue.

And how did the fenders that are attached to the rear door come off?

There are 4-5 small bolts that secure the 1/4 fender to the interior of the rear door. There are also clips that are used to secure to the exterior of the rear door. The best way to remove the clips, is to use a long pair of needle nose pliers. Pulling the fender away from the body gently, slide the pliers down and pinch the clip to release.

If you do break them, you can purchase them from Hummer. Also, the clips for the front flares will work for the back. Don't lose the rubber washers
