Arlin Ness has really boosted Victory Motorcycles, but how does it compare to a Harley?
I am really close to buying a H-D Softail, but should I even consider looking at the Victory instead?

Help!

I like the Harley for the lore, the Victory is a great bike too. Personally I like the Triumph cruisers better. Nice ride, great style, do not see one on every corner (unless you want that) and price is way better

Have to say Harley, 2003 Roadking classic. But I am sure Victory makes a nice bike...

If I was going to buy a bike it would be this one or the black version.

I've stopped at Arlin Ness shop here in Dublin CA. The AIH is sick!

the one I was looking at was 20K

Business I used to own part of sold American Iron Horse. A very well made bike. Lot's of show and go.

But we were selling new Tejas and Outlaws in the mid to upper 20K's IIRC.

I forgot to mention, I will be riding this bike to and from work fairly often, so the practicality of it makes me lean more towards the Harley. I would love an AIH, but it would not be as practical as a Softail.

its not practical but they've been one of my favorite designers in custom bikes!

I've always liked the purple gansta bike.

Ride a Kawi!! Go places you can't - even in a Hummer.

Practical for work too - You can park at the TOP of the steps.

Yes, this is street legal.

I won't argue with that. But I only get out on serious rides about twice a year and I couldn't justify the money for a KTM. Would love to own one though.
