Going North on Scenic Highway 17( soon to become interstate 86)This precious parcel of land is right off the exit and 1 mile north on open main road.Exit 87A.It is classified as a vacant residential.Great Christmas present for the Hunter, Fly Fisherman, Drift boatman or Vacationer.Quiet area.
