i would have never jumped in that puddle like that, because those are usually the holes where the ground is soft as goo and u just sink...but nice action shots

That's one pond of 7 on our thousand-acre duck/goose/dove lease, so I knew what I was getting into when I charged in. We were three dads with 4 boys altogether hunting that one pond, and with no birds flying, I had to do SOMETHING to let the boys have some fun (they are all in the truck with me).
The pics are taken from a short video clip that I'll try to get hosted. |

Thanks, I have them on my home computer, I'll send 'em to you (hopefully before you leave on vacation...LOL). I have gobs of webspace through two different providers, but haven't the foggiest idea about how to utilize it!  |

Txsut,
assuming you have a live web page and you have ftp access you can upload and host your own video's.
Personally I'd zip them first,but basically upload them to a folder (directory) on your server then provide a link to the floder so folks can download the file.
It'd be something like this:
http://www.txsut.com/videos/videoname.zip
That's pretty much all there is to it.
Well one small other step, you'd need to know how to edit the video from the camera unless your intention is to post it in its raw format?
Not trying to take anything away from Rodster offer he's a great guy for offering up to help. |

Thanks Fubar. That's the problem, making my webpage "live." I don't have a clue as to how to make that happen.
Trust me, I owe Rod for the massive amount of help he's already given me on other issues, so I'm sure he'd appreciate a break from me. LOL

ahhh I see the problem
Well there are lots and lots of wizyway html editors (what You see is what you get) No coding is required. If you can place some pictures on a grid and type up some text you too can make a web page. I'd personally stay away from front page which probably doesn't mean anything to you so forget about it.
there are many, many, many people out there that will build you a web page if you don't want to do it yourself.
Good luck, let me know if I can poit you in the right direction. I don't build sites any more, use to, use to be good at it but I found that most folks havn't a clue of what they want. they sure know what they don't like and have no problem telling you about it. |
