Default How to get the smell of gas out of my H3

Yesterday my friend ran out of gas on the road so i picked him a container of gas. Well Today my car still smells like gasoline i removed everything out of my trunk, and to begin with the containers were on a towel so they never actually touched my car. I left the windows open for the past day and the smell is less strong but not away, any help on how to get the smell of gas out of my car?

Take about a dozen apples and double bag them using large paper bags. Leave the top open and let it sit in your trunk till the apples start looking bad. It's a trick my dad taught me for getting funky oders to disappear. Works well for me. I guess the apples breath a lot as they sit and it pulls all of the oders out of the room or in this case your truck. Give it a shot.
